L’Anse Manufacturing is committed to investing in our best resource, our people. In addition to training operators for our new CNC machine, in 2009, we invested over 528 hours in training to enhance the quality, communication and leadership skills of our team. Courses included: GD&T, SPC, APQP, Corrective Action Training, Project Managment, Team Building and Supervision.
Holding Ourselves to Higher Standards
Practice makes perfect. We had been internally auditing to Aviation and Medical standards (ISO13485 and AS9100) in anticipation of taking our ISO 9001:2008 certification to the next level. We are pleased to announce that in June, 2010, we received our ISO 9001:2008 + AS9100 certification!
